What is the procedure to request Change of Account Information and Email Address Information in Account Manager?

Dear Members,

1) If you have lost access to your Account Manager and cannot retrieve your password due to your email address on account is expired,

2) If you want our account management team to make any changes related to your account, like changing email address, changing password, changing any other information in account manager...
