How to receive technical support?

Following steps facilitate you to raise technical requests to our technical support department and makes you feel glad to get answers of your problems.





  • Click "Submit a Ticket". Here your query, problem or request will become ticket for us.


  • Furnish all necessary details, after submission of support request you will get "ticket key" to your email address entered in previous step. Please be sure to keep this ticket key, as this will help you to access your own helpdesk area.


  • After complete submission of support ticket, click "Access Ticket Status Area" button.


  • Enter email address and ticket key, you have received in your email address.


  • That's it; you are in your ticket status area. Here you can view our replies.

Similarly, you may directly send us email support request to support@accuwebhosting.com.
