I have recently purchased your hosting services. While trying to access my emails, I came to know that I can view old emails and I am not receiving any new email? Or emails are not working at all...

One of the possible reasons for this is, your domain may not have been pointing to our server. You will need to change the Name Servers from your Domain Name Registration Control Panel.

Once you change the Name Servers, it may take approximately 24+ hours time for global propagation. However, if this does not work out then raise a support ticket to support@accuwebhosting.com with your query.
