Q:- What are the nameservers (DNS) details of your servers?

For windows use below nameservers:

ns1.accuwebhosting.biz 72.18.135.5
ns2.accuwebhosting.biz  72.18.135.39

For Linux use below nameservers:

ns1.linuxserver28.com - 74.55.112.34
ns2.linuxserver28.com - 74.55.112.35

Q:- My domain is not working using domain name, why?

If you have recently ordered for a hosting account along with a new domain name registration, it will take 24 to 48 for the domain name to propagate across the globe. Once the domain has been propagated you will be able to access your website using domain name.

If you already have a domain name registered, you need to change the nameservers of your domain in order to point it to our server. You can change the nameservers by contacting the current registrar of your domain name.

Q:- How long will it take effect online after changing the name servers?

It ranges between 24 to 48 hours to take effect online.

Q:- Is there anything left once I change the nameservers to point to your servers? When exactly should I initiate the cancellation of my hosting account with my existing service provider?
All you need to do is to wait until the nameservers propagates fully, thereafter you can initiate the cancellation with your hosting company.
